[MITgcm-support] DST timestepping

I see that the subroutine GAD_DST3FL_ADV_X is only called in  
GAD_ADVECTION. Does this mean that the DST timestepping method used  
solely for temp and salinity? Put another way, when I set  
useMultiDimAdvec =T and set tempAdvScheme=33, is momentum still  
timestepped with 2nd order Adams Bashforth? In running the non- 
hydrostatic code can 3rd order Adams bashforth be used?
