[MITgcm-support] Strange results from GAD diagnostics using SOM

Hi all,

I recently switched from the DST3 advective scheme (#33) to the SOM  
scheme (#81) and now all my advective transport diagnostics (ADVx_TH,  
ADVy_TH, ADVr_TH) are coming out about 3-4 orders of magnitude too  
large. The temperature and velocity fields *look* okay, so the actual  
flux can't be several orders of magnitude too large, so something is  
messing with just the diagnostics.

Anyone have any idea what's going on? Or should I prepare myself for  
a code safari?
