[MITgcm-support] OLy in a 2D case (verification/internal_wave)

Thanks for you comment.
I looked to this test-experiment, and have the impression that 
it does not use any numerical scheme that requires larger overlap.
I will check again and change it to 2 (Olx & Oly), which is the minimum
overlap size.
