[MITgcm-support] diagnostics

Hello,

It seems as though there is a simple rule to follow for the  
diagnostics package:  oce* trumps SI* trumps exf*

e.g.  'SIqsw' overwrites 'EXFswnet', and then 'oceQsw' overwrites  
'SIqsw'

Is this correct?  And are there exceptions?
