[MITgcm-support] Compiling error for high resolution configuration

Instead of a flat memory model ala IA64 AMD decided to use 4 different memory 
models (kernel, small, medium and large) for x86_64/AMD64/EM64T. And as a 
result people get in this mess from time to time.

I have tried to add a -fPIC to all flags in optfiles for this type of 
platform. That should take of this problem.
