[MITgcm-support] note to TAF users

For TAF (adjoint) users only:

Latest TAF default 1.9.12
(probably as of yesterday on Fastopt server) is broken,
i.e. produces wrong MITgcm adjoint code.
Please revert to older TAF version 1.9.8 for the time being using TAF  
option
    "-version 1.9.8"
in Makefile variable AD_TAF_FLAGS
