[MITgcm-support] Interpolation

Hello MITgcm users


In my application of MITgcm I want to interpolate the U and
V velocities to the cell center at the vertical grid level
next to the bottom. It is not clear to me how this should be done in a
z-coordinate model with partially filled cells. Is there somebody who
have done something similar or could help in any way?
