[MITgcm-support] Missing GW.h for flt package

So I'm trying to get the flt package to work, but it gets upset that it 
can't find the file GW.h during make depend.  GW.h is in the online code 
reference here:

But it seems to have been removed from CVS.  Suggestions on how to get 
the flt package working?

The flt file that requires GW.h is flt_runga2.F
