[MITgcm-support] MNC package

Hi Riema,
Your settings look the same as mine (which work) for mnc -  maybe you 
still have mdsio in packages.conf, or you just have a typo somewhere? 
What happens if you run genmake2 with an additional option '-enable=mnc' ?
