[MITgcm-support] vertical grid points and velocities

Hi Michael,

W is defined at the point defined by the coordinate arrays XC, YC, RF 
(1:end-1) (defined in the grid.*.nc files). The attributes of W in  
the "state*" files are not correct, unfortunately.
