[MITgcm-support] bug in exf pkg

Dear all,

 

There is a bug in "exf_readparms.F"; in particular obcsNperiod is used
instead of obcsWperiod:

         call cal_FullDate  ( obcsWstartdate1    ,      obcsWstartdate2,

         obcsWstartdate     = modelstart + obcsWstartdate
