[MITgcm-support] Linearized free surface and vertical grid

I would like to use the linearized free-surface equation, instead of rigid 
lid. Here are my questions:

1) Is the first vertical grid point for faces, rF(1), still located at 
z=0?

2) To make this choice, is it enough to set these two parameters, or are 
there others?
