Liuyu, pickup files for a CS510 cubed sphere integration are now available at http://ecco2.org/products/model_setups/run_template/pickup_files/

You can download them using the command
wget -nd -r -A"pick*" http://ecco2.org/products/model_setups/run_template/pickup_files
wget -nd -r -A"pick*" http://eddy.csail.mit.edu/ecco2_large_file_temp

Note that to use these pickup files you will need to rename them to match niter0, e.g.,
ln -sf pickup_seaice.0000000216.cube27 pickup_seaice.0000000216
ln -sf pickup.0000000216.cube27 pickup.0000000216
