[MITgcm-support] How to build a regional ocean and sea ice model for Arctic region

Hi all,

I have no enough calculation resources to run the 510*510*6*50 cubed sphere example, and my interest region is Arctic. So:  How to build a regional ocean-sea ice coupled model for Arctic with resolution about 18km ?  Which kind of coordinate should be more suitable?  How to prepare the needed forcing fields? How to deal with the boundary conditions?
