[MITgcm-support] old variables

Hello MITgcm-folks,
I've got a data file for the version c38. Some variables set in it are 
not in the list of parameters 
(http://mitgcm.org/sealion/code_reference/parameters.html) and I do not 
understand them.

tbudgetstart = 3600.0

and then all the PARM07 for the time-dependent wind forcing

I'm working with an old version (c40) too. Might you help me to 
"interpret" the variables and turn them into my version?
