Hi Sergey,

OK, based on your Makefile and the file-list, I think (but am not 100%
certain, since I'd need an account on your system to verify) you may
have discovered an actual bug.  Cool!

So I just checked-in some small changes to genmake2 in CVS and would
appreciate it if you'd either re-do the entire test from scratch or, if
its easier for you, get the latest genmake2 from CVS and then run:

  cd MITgcm/verification/exp0/build
  make CLEAN
  make makefile
  make depend
  make

and please let me know what happens.
