 dear mitgcm... 
  
  
 I am thinking about to build an internal wave model by working with some 3D in 
 the stait of Lombok Indonesia. 
  
 Anyone made an internal wave model before? 

how to build the input??
i still do not understand about environment model and conventional numerical model...which one i have to utilizeto run internal wave model, one of them or both??

and how to prepare needed data (boundary 
 conditions) ?  
  
 one more question, is there any tutorials about internal wave??
