[MITgcm-support] using the seaice package with a curvilinear grid

Hi Abby,
Curvilinear grid has not been implemented in the package, but Dimitris 
and I have got some support from NASA to incorporate it into MITgcm. 
However, you can still work on arctic domain for now, using a rotated 
spherical grid.
