[MITgcm-support] error compiling: rksign

Hi Ed, JMC
I did a fresh CVS checkout this morning, and sure enough everything works
now. FYI: I last cvs updated on 7/13/05 which is AFTER rkSign was
introduced. Looking at my update logs, it seems GRID.h did not
get updated in my local copy. Odd.
