generic_advdiff contains high level subroutines for advection
& diffusion that are used for T & S (and also passive tracers)
(see section 2.15 to 2.18 in the documentation)
does not have a "useGENERIC_ADVDIFF" flag (always "on"),
but has little to do with the momentum part.
