Hello Jaime,

If i am correct, when you turn on mnc,

1- You need to create a data.mnc file in your run directory

2- include useMNC=.TRUE. in data.pkg in your run directory

2 - include mnc in ../code/packages.conf


You indicate the path of the netcdf libraries in your opt file:

Ex:

LIBS='-L/usr/local/netcdf/lib -lnetcdf'
INCLUDES='-I/usr/local/netcdf/include'
