[MITgcm-support] Cray X1

Hi there, I have been running on a Cray XD1 with pgi-compilers (pgf77), 
but apparently there is a problem with the MPI on that machine and that 
compiler so that it doesn't work smoothly for all configurations that I 
tried. However, I don't know how different X1 and XD1 are.
