Hi there:
I had ran the experiment of exp2 with optfile linux_ia32_g77 sucessfully. But the experiment of global_ocean.90x40x15 failed. There is two problem:
1. a system-defult makedepend was not found
WARNING:unable to build cyrus-imapd-makedepend

2.WARNING: the "mnc" package has been enabled but tests failed to
compile and/or execute NetCDF applications. Please check that:

  1) NetCDF is installed for your compiler and
  2) the LIBS variable (within the 'optfile") specifies the correct
       NetCDF library to link against.
Two experiments that I use the same optfile: linux_ia32_g77
I do had installed Netcdf in my computer but i don't know how to specify the correct Netcdf library.Could you show me an example in detail?
          I am a freshman in linux .
                      Thank you !
