Hi songjie,

You need to supply us with more detail if you want help.

 + What version are you using?  I recommend c55 which you can get 
   as a convenient tar file at:
     http://mitgcm.org/download/MITgcm_checkpoint55.tar.gz

 + What system (OS, compiler, etc.) are you trying to run on?

 + What commands are you using?  An example would be:

    $ cd MITgcm/verification/global_ocean.90x40x15/build
    $ ../../../tools/genmake2 -mods=../code
    $ make depend
    $ make
