[MITgcm-support] I still have problem

Hello every:
  I had used genmake2 successful creat the file Makefile,but when I follow the manual typed "make depend" it still had problem:  
ln -s .......
........
ln -s....
.........
ln -s ......
Creating FC_NAMEMANGLE.h ...
echo "#define FC_NAMEMANGLE(X)  X ## _" > FC_NAMEMANGLE.h

rm -r makedepend.out

what is this mean? I couldn't finish building the code.
