[MITgcm-support] naming netcdf pickups

Hi,

I just wanted to raise awareness of a very minor issue I am having.  The MITgcm
outputs my pickup files as, for example:

pickup.0000035040.0000.000001.nc

and then tries to read them in of the form:

pickup.0000035040.000001.nc

So I have to link the original output file to the name of the input file the
model is looking for.  It takes only about 1/2 sec, but it is probably
something that could/should easily be fixed permanently.
