The -mods=../code should be 
  i) replaced with -mods=../verification/<exeriment name>/code if you are
working in bin
 ii) excluded completely if you have copied the experiment specific code
modifications to current directory (bin/)
 
Alternitively, you could build in another directory as dscribed in the
manual.
