[MITgcm-support] "multiple tests" for testreport

Ed, a possible refinement would be to add capability for

  exp0/code.ex               <== extra and/or modif inputs
  exp0/results/output.txt.ex  <== results for the ".ex" case

that is, for testing different compile-time options that
are specified in subdirectories code.*

If you did add this capability, there are a bunch of stuff
that I would check in differently relating to currently
broken-down lab_sea experiment.
