[MITgcm-support] daily snap-shots instead of CVS pserver

Hi folks,

Due to recent security problems, our CVS pserver module has been
temporarily disabled. In its place, we're making daily CVS snapshots
available as tar files at:

  http://mitgcm.org/download/daily_snapshot/

We've added a paragraph (with the above link) to our web site describing
the problem.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this causes,
