[MITgcm-support] floating-point errors on halem (alpha systems)

Hi folks (esp. Ivana!),

If you're having problems with floating point exceptions on halem,
please use one of the "-fpeX" [X=2 seems best] fortran (f77 or f90, not
g77) options as is now used in the optfile:

MITgcm/tools/build_options/osf1_alpha_f77
