[MITgcm-support] c51d CPP_EEOPTIONS.h

Dear MITgcmUV developers,

I worked with the version c51d on a NEC-SX6 at DKRZ. Prof. Stammer and Patrick 
Heimbach installed the version at IFM UNI-Hamburg.
At the beginning there was a link problem. Common blocks had different size. I 
don't know if Prof. Stammer reported this back to you.

I included the line 
#include "CPP_EEOPTIONS.h"
into the files exch_init.F and exch_cycle_ebl.F to solve the problem. These 
files didn't know the definition real4_is_slow from the header file before.
Could you please check this?
