[MITgcm-support] MNC NetCDF coordinate variables

Hi Patrick, Baylor, Martin, & other NetCDF users,

The MITgcm "mnc" package now creates CF--style coordinate variables for
all of the pre-defined grid types.  These coordinate variables have
meaning for both the older "EXCH1" and newer "EXCH2"-type layouts.  And
its easy to add new coordinate variables for new dimensions (eg. if a
package has a need for a new dimension its not hard to do--just edit
pkg/mnc/mnc_cw_cvars.F).

So, when you get a chance, please take a look and send a bug report if
you have any problems with it.
