Can you tell us where in the documentation this is mentioned ?

Since it should be the opposite (meaning, with DST3_FLUX_LIMIT,
it's better to use the multidimension implementation, and it's in fact 
the default: set_defaults.F, line 171:  multiDimAdvection   = .TRUE. )
we would like to correct it.
