[MITgcm-support] A couple more web site problems

Hi Ed,

 I just ran into two web site items

 1. When you try to search from http://mitgcm.org/sealion/ it fails with
and "object Not Found" error. The same happens for
http://mitgcm.org/dev_docs/

 2. I'm getting "Access forbidden!" on
http://mitgcm.org/projects/ESMF/esma/esma/src/ and the like. 

 Both 1. and 2. used to work but I haven't tried them since the move to
forge and associated apache "upgrade".
