[Mitgcm-support] package maintainance

Hi,

in preparing some web notes & guidlines for CVS
I have made up a list of responsibles for the different packages.
This list is tentative.
Please let me know whether you agree with your assignment
or have comments/objections.

Patrick

Each package should be assigned to one or two maintainers.
Mantainer's role only consist in supervising changes and
bug fixes. In this way, maintainance of various packages
can be broken down into manageable pieces and shared among 
different people.
