[Mitgcm-support] FW: CVS Commit MITgcm/model/src

The files on ecco-branch appear to be missing all the later prologue
stuff (post release1-beta1) and also minor corrections to release1-beta1.
i.e. things that are in release1-branch. 

Now they are being changed to include things that are not in
the MAIN trunk and not in release1-branch. 

I know its annoying of me to ask but I am confused again.
Are you sure you guys know what you are doing :-) ?
I thought the only diffs on ecco-branch were going to be
wholesale overloads of cost/ autodiff/ and some other subdirectory.
