Ah hah!

The numbers in natl_box changed during the development of
branch-atmos-merge and are due to these changes:

which I'm inclined to say are a bug fix. In 1.42.2.8 the viscosity is
double counted (I think from reading the code).

natl_box is the only test of no_slip_bottom=.TRUE. and
implicitViscosity=.TRUE.

So the new output.txt is correct and up to date.
