Alistair: Get well soon. Helen and Thomas are ill too.

Everyone: I think for RELEASE 1. of the model we should
base on kernel code of c36. Seems to me that almost everything 
post c36 is going to be cube-sphere and atmos. oriented. 
Does that seem OK? All we need to add is high-resolution
numerics improvements? Would be good to have these in
RELEASE 1 I think?
