[Mitgcm-support] ini_eos

There seem to be quite a few "standards" broken
for the EOS stuff.
* pressure(...) is a variable and so should be
   initialised in initialise_varia;
   this part needs to be seen by TAF.
* there's part of ini_eos which involves just reading
   fixed parameters. This I/O must not be seen by TAF
   and so should go separate (e.g. called from
   initialise_fixed as is, or back to ini_parms as was).
