[Mitgcm-support] Logistics for documentation workshop

We have 4 laptops at hand: John, Alistair, Chris, Patrick

Logistics issues:

1) We need to arrange keyboards for Daniel and J-M.
   If the room has PCs, are they LaTeX compatible?
   Chris? Shall we just take two desktops with us?

2) Rather than waste time networking let's just bring some
   floppies along for passing files around. Can someone find
   a box of formatted floppies? Could alternatively take a Linksys
   and Orinico box...Chris?

3) Is there a supply of coffee? I could bring a spare coffee
   maker (drip-filter) if not. Let me know.

4) Ought to bring references with us:
    2 x JGR papers: John?
    2 x MWR: Alistair
    1 x Haltiner & Williams: At Chris's house?
    1 x Durran: Alistair
    other science papers we might need: John?

5) What time do we start, 8:30? Shall we meet at the office
   to help carry things over?
