Just noticed something puzzling about the so-called "non-hydrostatic"
terms

in mom_fluxform:

Manual Ch2.13.2: eq2.92 second term:
where is 2\Omega w\cos\phi for the u-equation?

manual ch2.13.2: eq2.94
where is G_w^{Cor}?

mom_u/v_metric_nh are always called (even for hydrostatic code)
furthermore, for p-coordinate, these terms have a different sign,
because \omega\sim-wg\rho (eq2.107-2.108)

eq2.109: where is this term: (u^2+v^2)/a

this is in disagreement with both the manual and Marshall etal (1997)
