[Mitgcm-support] yeet another tag: checkpoint40pre7

[mitgcm-support at dev.mitgcm.org]

New tag checkpoint40pre7 has been created.
Reason was a bug fix in dynamics.F related to
computation of kappaRU, kappaRV in newly plit
calc_diffusivity, calc_viscosity.
I took the occasion to clean up some includes of TR1.h.
