[Mitgcm-support] Final iteration of KPP/GM?

Sorry for yet another revision but it really wasn't
quite right (Chris said so).

I've tidied up gmredi_slope_limit.F to work on slices
allowing much better efficiency and more flexibility
regards using Coriolis and other arrays (perhaps
XC,YC coordinates etc).

Can someone tell me why we needed !HPF on the loops
in calc_isoslopes.F and whether I still need them
