Jake,
Do you have a time-series of the rhsmax values that get printed
for the two scenarios? These come out on standard output
by defaul.

potential bug: with obcs and w/o exactConserv, ssh quasi-uniformly drops on
order of 20 m/yr.
turning on exactConserv stabilizes the ssh around 0.
natural bcs are off. cd off. nonlinear free surface off. natlbox setup.
flow is balanced, although changes in the flow do not change the ssh.
