Is it possible to add a CPP flag to CPP_OPTIONS
for the block in initialise_varia.F

C-- IMPORTANT : Need to activate the following call to restart from 
C     a pickup file written by MITgcmUV_checkpoint34 or earlier.
C     IF ( startTime .NE. 0. ) THEN
C       CALL THE_CORRECTION_STEP(startTime, nIter0, myThid)
C     ENDIF

to give some hint to innocent hackers that there
might be a problem with earlier pickup files
(e.g. PICKUP_FROM_BEFORE_C35 or the like).
