exp2 uses spherical coordinates and so f=2*Omega*sin(lat) rather
than f=f0+beta*y. f0 and beta aren't used and shouldn't be in
the file verification/exp2/input/data
I've subsequently removed the lines:
beta=1.E-11,
f0=1.e-4,
which will appear in future revisions.
