[Mitgcm-support] Change the domain size

Hi,

I am trying to modify an existing verification case in order to match my
own setup, like BC, domain size, topography. However, I found sNy occurs
in several subroutine and set up to sNy=42 for example.
How can I change all of them to be the value I want.
In documentation 3.7, it says changing the file model/inc/SIZE.h only.
But that dosn't change all of them.
The documentation only says change some parameters in some files, but how
should I update all setup to be what I want?
