Martin,

On some rare occasions I fail to see my own brilliance. In this
case the \label{www:tutorial} lines are not some ugly kludge by one of
my colleagues but are instead a sophisticated tool developed by myself to
ensure the html'd pages have the appropriate side-menu on the web-site.

So contrary to my earlier instructions both keep and add them in your own
documentation.
