[Mitgcm-support] cg2d

cg2d now resides under pkg/cg2d

Very slightly modified:
 - include file with COMMON blocks is now CG2D.h (why not)
 - the solver can optionally use the same size overlaps and exchanges
   as the rest of the model. The default is to use the optimized
   form of a 1 point overlap as usual.

Because cvs update does not do this properly, you need to do this
to update your working copy:

 % cvs update
 % cd pkg
 % cvs co -d cg2d -r pre38 models/MITgcmUV/pkg/cg2d
