[Mitgcm-support] Tutorials

It appears that the tutorials don't work, even on release1-branch.

In light of the problems below appearing already, I suggest we reverse
our decision to not have the tutorials on the main trunk. The only
way we'll avoid such problems is if we're using them regularly ourselves.

Only two experiments have results/output.txt.
Q1) Will or will they not have example output?

One of these fails to run due to some missing input data.
